Faulty Items
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. Please contact us first to arrange a return and refund. You may return any product purchased from our store in its original condition and original packaging, unused, undamaged, with all labels still attached and within 30 days for refund of the purchase price (you must pay the cost of return postage and refund of items purchased by voucher will be by reissue of voucher).
Brilliant. You get what you pay for. Worth it. The lid detaches for a thorough clean in dishwasher. The quantity is sufficient for a snack and the seperate section is hygienic and good for variety. Can’t comment on colour fading yet, honestly though the plastic is tough and the first 6 washes it’s not cloudy or faded. I’ll buy again- I Recommend the long term investment. Wish I’d got 4 in my first order.
We absolutely love this one, easy for my daughter to see what fruits I packed for her, all stays on the same place and is very easy for her to open. I would buy one for each of my family ! The design is very original and cool!

Great snack pack. I can pack 2 snack without mixing. Moist with dry (such as blueberries and nuts. Easy to wash in the dishwasher. But its way too easy for my toddler to open and toss the contents onto the floor.
Great for small different snack ideas for school and crèche for my girls. They love them. They are durable, easy to clean and so different and unique that they stand out! Love this purchase!
