Faulty Items
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. Love my new drink bottle. Keeps my drink cold all day!
Had a lot of water bottles in other brands but these are by far the best and one of the easiest to clean. My son is very picky about which water bottle he‘lol use and he told me after one use that it was the best water bottle he’d ever had. There is also a nice selection of colours which is a bonus. Now we don’t need to use as much ice either as they stay cold longer than others I’ve used. These have been well worth the money I spent on them.

Super happy with my purchase of the Oasis Moda in the purple colour! Love the functionality of this bottle with the sipper straw and handle, ice stays frozen all day/night, water tastes great with the ceramic lining and the matte finish is really classy. It feels like it will take a lot to scratch it so should stay looking new for ages compared to some of the glossy painted bottles you see. I purchased the cup holder expander too which is a game changer for hydrating on the go. My husband now has the bottle too, we're both very satisfied!
