Faulty Items
Please contact us if you have any concerns in relation to the quality of any of our products. We will refund or exchange any faulty item purchased from our store and reimburse any associated reasonable return postage costs, if the product is determined faulty through no fault of the customer. We guarantee our products against manufacturing defects, such as issues with any parts or material defects, for six months after purchase. We do not guarantee our products for issues related to wear and tear including rips, spills, scratches, chips, mould, fading, stains and odour. My water purifier is absolutely gorgeous. The ceramic is beautiful and well made. There is one super tiny imperfection, like a little dent at the opening. I recently purchased the Water Purifier. The water tastes amazing and I am comforted in the knowledge that we are drinking water that is pure and clean. It is also a beautifully crafted and a focal point in the kitchen. The knowledge that I am also supporting local rather than offshore is an added bonus.
